FZAD was once again retained (third time by the same client) as Architect and Designer for the renovation of their new apartment. This will be the third project FZAD has completed for this client; we designed and built their previous NYC Soho Residence. The project included millwork, furnishings, decorating and styling – complete with the selection of bed linens. FZAD also was the construction manager for the project.
