FZAD completed the design and layout of the grounds for the Federal style home in Chappaqua. The project has a wetlands consultant and possesses a number of challenges for lot coverage as well. All of this is wrapped into an understanding of landscape and how the property and the rolling hills of English landscape design should be developed. In addition, we are upgrading the property with a new porch, wainscoting for the dining room and foyer and center hall stair case.
