Private Residence

FZAD was retained as decorator, designer and architect for one of the largest apartments and facades facing Central Park. The client who had just gotten married threw everything out and gave us a blank slate to work with. Their only wish was that we create something that was amazing, unique and never been done before. From the architecture of the space, down to the custom designed sofas, we have designed every detail. The project is modern, but of its own selective design of modern-- offering excitement, wow, and suspense as one walks through the apartment.
