K Rico Restaurant

FZAD has completed this restaurant on the west side mid-town. The project was to “legalize” and then build out portions of the project to increase the seating and renovate the kitchen cellar. The project was expanded to the rear courtyard to allow for outside seating as well as a sidewalk café area in the front. We created a new storefront, new interiors, new lighting and new back bar. Seating capacity when all completed will be 120 people of which will be filed a Public Assembly Plan. FZAD was hired as architect, designer, and construction manager for sign off of permits and violations.
